Description

Hiro Platform is the central backend of the entire Hiro ecosystem. Every product connects to and is orchestrated by Hiro Platform. It manages commands, data flow, payment processing, user accounts, machine registry, and integration logic.

Core Responsibilities

• Machine registry and management — all connected machines across all outlets
• Payment orchestration — processes transactions initiated from Hiro App and Hiro Kiosk
• Command relay — sends activation commands to Hiro Link
• Data aggregation — collects telemetry, transaction history, usage patterns
• Marketing engine backend — powers campaigns, rebates, and promotions served through Hiro App
• Merchant data services — feeds outlet and machine status data to Hiro Live
