Hiro App is the primary digital touchpoint for end customers. It covers the full customer lifecycle — discovery, transaction, tracking, history, and rewards. Beyond being a payment tool, Hiro App functions as a customer retention and marketing engine for outlet operators.

Notes

  • Cycle timer data source: comes from Hiro Link via Hiro Platform for protocol-based machines. For pulse-based machines, timer may be estimated based on cycle start time (to be confirmed).
  • Marketing features are built into the platform — operators do not need a separate marketing tool.
  • Wallet top-up is processed through Hiro Platform; the payment gateway handles eWallet and card transactions. The wallet balance is stored and managed on the platform.

Relationships

Hiro App only communicates directly with Hiro Platform. It has no direct connection to Hiro Link — all machine commands and cycle data pass through the Platform.
